HOW DO I FUND MY WALLET?
Login. Go to wallet, you will see your special Monnify/WEMA bank account for funding. Pay straight into the account from your bank app and it will reflect in your MAIN WALLET. You do not need to contact us before you fund your wallet. Note that Monnify charges #54 per wallet funding. Be smart, don’t fund in bits.
IF I MISTAKENLY SEND AN ORDER TO A WRONG NUMBER CAN IT BE REVERSED?
No. Contact the number you mistakenly sent the order to then encourage the person to pay. If the number is not in use then its a bad loss. Its best to avoid such errors
HOW DO I PREVENT HAVING ISSUES WITH GOTV, DSTV AND STARTIMES SUBSCRIPTIONS?
First, ensure the decoder is on. This is very important. Another thing, if you are paying for a different package from the existing one, the decoder might not show images instantly. If the decoder does not show images within 5minutes visit the official website of the cable company to confirm that your payment reflected in the payment history. Aside from doing this on their official websites, you should have their mobile apps for faster checks. Just use the IUC/Smart card number along with the clients name or registered phone number to run the checks.

HOW DO I GENERATE PINS?
After funding your wallet, on the menu, click on GENERATE PINS. Select card value. Type the quantity of cards you need, then SUBMIT. Your cards would be generated.
- Enter the Value (denomination) of the airtime pins (for instance 100, 200, 450, 2300 etc) in the VALUE box.
- Then enter the Quantity you wish to generate inside the QUANTITY BOX.
- You can now click SUMBIT. Your pins will be generated immediately.
WHERE DO I SEE THE GENERATED RECHARGE PINS?
On the dashboard, go to PINS LOG. Click on it. (On the app, fo to Print Recharge Pins). The list of the airtime pins you have purchased will be displayed. There is a blue box at the extreme right, it has three stars on it. Click on it then your pins will be displayed.
IF I DECIDE TO PRINT THE PINS, HOW WILL I GO ABOUT IT?
Go to PINS LOG, open the pin history. There is a blue box at the extreme right, it has three stars on it. Click on it to see your pins. There is a PRINTER ICON at the bottom right of the page, click on the icon to print your recharge pins.
IF I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT SELLING THE GENERATED RECHARGE PINS?
You can generate the pins then screenshot them. This can be sent to clients via social media. The pins are also good as freebies during promotions. Also, you can copy the pins on a Microsoft Word file and print at a reliable business center. Ensure they delete if from their computers including finally deletion from the recycle bin.
I DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER, HOW DO I SEE THE PINS ON A SMALL ANDROID PHONE?
After generating the pins, click on PINs LOG or PRINT PINs (if you are using our mobile app). You will be directly to your browser. It is best to use Chrome browser. You can go to the option icon at the top right, click it then choose DESKTOP SITE.
WHAT CODE WILL BUYERS USE TO LOAD THE PINS?
The code is always included with the pins. *174*
